The plans on marketplace are the exact same plans sold to employees of businesses and directly from carriers. The plans are offered by BC/BS, Ambetter, Aetna, Oscar, etc, the same companies that everyone has been using their whole lives. The only difference is that now they can't deny you because of existing conditions, refuse to pay for treatments, or gouge you based on age, location, occupation, etc.
There is no such thing as Obamacare. All states offer plans to residents through different access portals but the plans are the same, some states just use the federal marketplace instead of wasting money creating their own that does the exact same thing.

No, the plans are issued by national carriers like BC/BS and Ambetter and the cards look identical to the people paying full price or those that have insurance through an employer, there is literally no difference in the plans, just where you got it.
Everyone's situation is different, family size,and income are different but yes, many people get amazing plans with low deductibles, free office visits, free prescriptions, etc for 2 cent a month, though we usually suggest paying the yearly 24 cent at once to cut down on transaction cost and avoid missing a payment.
